### Which company documents are collected?

The list is yours: for example the register extract and tax registration in Tunisia (RNE and patente). Each document can be required or optional, with labels in Arabic, French and English.

### Is the person signing verified too?

Yes. The representative verifies their own identity with a document and a live selfie, then declares their role and signing powers in the same session.

### Are beneficial owners recorded?

Yes. Owners and their shares are recorded on the case so your team can screen them and keep the ownership on file.
