## Know who your customer is, in about two minutes.

One guided flow on any phone or desktop: the customer photographs a Tunisian ID card or any passport, takes a short live selfie, and Konnect ID checks that the document is real, the data is consistent and the face is the same person.

## What it does

- **Tunisian ID cards and passports**: Front and back of the national ID card, or the photo page of any passport, with the machine-readable lines read automatically.
- **Auto-capture**: The camera frames the card, checks focus and glare, and takes the photo itself. Upload from the gallery is available as a fallback.
- **Liveness and face match**: A short guided challenge proves a live person is present, then the selfie is compared with the document photo.
- **Continue on any device**: Start on a laptop, scan a QR code and finish on a phone, or get a link by email to come back later.

### Which documents can customers use?

The Tunisian national ID card, front and back, and the photo page of any ICAO passport, read through its machine-readable zone. Other national ID cards are added per deployment.

### How long does a verification take?

About two minutes for the customer: choose the document, let the camera capture it, take a short live selfie. Clear cases are decided automatically in seconds.

### Do customers need to install an app?

No. The flow runs in the browser on any phone or computer. It can also be opened in a WebView inside your own app, or started on a laptop and finished on a phone with a QR code.

### How do we get the result?

Through a signed webhook to your backend, or by calling the session info endpoint. The result carries the decision, the extracted data and the reason for every check.
