How it works
- Your server creates a session with your App API key and gets back a
verificationUrl. - The user opens the link, photographs their ID card (front and back) and takes a selfie.
- Automatic checks run: image quality, tampering heuristics, duplicates, ID number and date rules, face match, optional AML screening.
- The session is decided or queued. Clean sessions can be approved automatically; anything doubtful goes to manual review with explicit reasons.
- Your server is notified by a signed webhook and can fetch the full result with the API.
Honest scopeThe checks are heuristics tuned to catch common problems (bad photos, obvious edits, reused images, inconsistent data). They are not a substitute for a dedicated document-authenticity or certified liveness vendor. Read limits and calibration before relying on auto-approval.
