Customize the flow look & feel (themes, logo, colors, dark mode)
Make the verification pages look like your brand.
Appearance is configured per flow in the admin. The hosted pages read a theme and apply it as CSS variables, so the same theme works across every step.
What you can change
- Logo (separate light-mode and dark-mode images, plus width and height).
- Main, secondary, light and accent colors, page background and card background.
- Dark-mode variants of the main colors and backgrounds. They apply automatically when the user's device is in dark mode (
prefers-color-scheme). - Corner radius, layout width and padding, button radius.
- Font family (loaded from a font provider) and an optional custom CSS block.
- Language: English, French and Arabic. Arabic renders right to left (RTL).
- Open the flow in the adminChoose the flow linked to your app and open its theme settings.
- Set colors and logoStart with the main color and the logo. Keep sufficient contrast between text and its background.
- Set a dark variantProvide dark colors and a dark logo, otherwise a dark device shows light-mode values on a dark page.
- Preview on a phoneMost applicants use mobile. Start a test session and check every step in both light and dark mode, and in Arabic if you serve it.
Custom CSS
Custom CSS is applied to the applicant pages. Keep it small and test all steps after every change, because internal class names can change between releases.
